The EIB shall issue calls for expression of interest to identify and select appropriate Financial Intermediaries eligible to transform resources under the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) into financial products within the framework of the DFI Mandate.

Below you will find DFI's calls for expression of interest, both those still open and those already closed, listed according to their status. Applicants should follow the terms of the calls for expression of interest. The EIB acts in accordance with Article 38 (4)(b)(i) of the CPR of Commission Regulation 1303/2013 on European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and the provisions of the DFI Fund of Funds agreements.
