In compliance with the standard practice of industry and the European Data Protection regulations we are informing you that telephone conversations with EIB's Treasury and Capital Market Departments are recorded without use of a warning tone. The recordings will be consulted only in the event of a query related to a trading and processing operation in the case of any discrepancy in relation to the negotiation and the conclusion of a transaction in Treasury and Capital Market areas as well as for compliance purposes. The data will be kept for a maximum period of five years.
