  • A Titkárság felel a döntéshozatali folyamat végrehajtásáért és nyomon követéséért, valamint az EBB valamennyi irányító szervét kiszolgáló titkársági szolgáltatások biztosításáért. Meghatározza az intézményi stratégiát (beleértve az operatív tervet), gazdasági elemzéseket készít az EBB tevékenységeinek és potenciális új termékeinek a foglalkoztatásra és a növekedésre gyakorolt hatásáról, valamint koordinálja és fejleszti az uniós intézményekkel, nemzetközi és fejlesztésfinanszírozási ügynökségekkel és nem kormányzati szervezetekkel fenntartott kapcsolatokat.
