  • A Direção é responsável pelos riscos financeiros e não financeiros relacionados com a atividade do Grupo BEI, entre os quais os riscos de crédito, de mercado, de liquidez e de captação de fundos, o risco operacional, o risco de reputação, bem como os riscos climáticos e estratégicos. O risco operacional inclui os riscos relacionados com as TIC, a conformidade, a conduta, os seguros, a proteção de dados e a contratação externa e, por conseguinte, as políticas relacionadas com as normas deontológicas, os códigos de conduta, a denúncia de fraudes, a luta contra o branqueamento de capitais, o combate do financiamento do terrorismo e as jurisdições não cooperantes.

    A Direção identifica, avalia, controla e comunica com independência os riscos a que o Banco está exposto, na sua qualidade de segunda linha de defesa independente com acesso direto aos órgãos de direção do Banco.
