The EIB Group Staff Code of Conduct applies to the members of staff of the European Investment Bank and the European Investment Fund, as well as to any other person working for the EIB Group, including consultants and other service providers, to the extent that their contractual agreements with the EIB Group so provide. It sets out the rules applicable in matters of professional ethics and behaviour and is to be read in conjunction with the Staff Regulations.
