This document lays down the internal rules concerning the processing of personal data by the Fraud Investigations Division within the Inspectorate General (IG/IN) and the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer (OCCO) of the European Investment Bank (EIB) in relation to the provision of information to data subjects and the restriction of certain of their rights. This Decision was approved by EIB's Board of Directors on 6 February 2019 and entered into force upon publication on 12 March 2019.
