With the world embracing digital technology, postal service customers (both businesses and individuals) increasingly expect a modern, digital service. That's why the EU and its bank the EIB, are actively supporting the digitalisation of postal services in Ukraine. The project includes digitalisation of the logistics network, with new sorting hubs and depots for SC Ukrposhta, Ukraine's national postal service provider. Strong digital infrastructure and e-services by postal operators in the Eastern Partnership countries will enable growth and drive sustainable development.
