The EIB Group's operational plans are reviewed and updated on an annual basis. The 2023-2025 plan was approved by the Board of Directors in December 2022, and confirms the important role of the EIB Group in supporting EU policy priorities. As the financing arm of the EU, the EIB Group stands ready to provide extraordinary support during these exceptional times. The 2023-2025 plan includes financing targets for the Bank’s activities inside the EU, outside the EU under EIB Global, and the EIF. Under the plan, the EIB Group signature target for 2023 stands at EUR 80.4bn and the disbursement target at a range of EUR 47.6bn to EUR 56.1bn. At the same time, the Plan reconfirms the EIB Group's cohesion and climate targets as the EU's climate bank.
