On 17 October 2018 the call to select an Investment Manager to set up and manage a Circular Bioeconomy Investment Platform ("CBIP" or “Fund”) was launched. The Fund aims to provide access to finance, in particular in the form of debt, equity or quasi-equity, to innovative Bio-economy projects and focuses in priority, but not exclusively, on innovative circular Bio-economy projects. The call documentation can be found on the procurement section of the EIB website.
