In accordance with the terms and conditions of  the CZK 3,500,000,000 Zero Coupon Notes of 2003/2023, ISIN: CZ0000000104, EIB has repurchased on 16-Nov-2011 CZK 3,000,000,000 of the outstanding CZK 3,500,000,000 and subsequently decided to cancel the repurchased Bonds with effective date 25-Nov-2011. Following this partial repurchase and cancellation, the new outstanding aggregate nominal value of the remaining notes will amount to CZK 500,000,000.
