Under the Euro Area Reference Note Issuance Facility described in this Offering Circular, the European Investment Bank may from time to time issue Euro Area Reference Notes ("EARNs). Such bonds will be issued on the terms and conditions set out in this document as modified and supplemented by the final terms published at the time of issue.
