Mr. Guido Bichisao, Head of Division of Financial Engineering and Advisory Services within the EIB gave a presentation at the Carbon Markets Insight 2011 conference held in Amsterdam from 1-3 March 2011. The presentation discussed the EIB's role in the NER300 monetisation scheme as outlined in the Cooperation Agreement signed with the European Commission.
