The Complaints Mechanism is headed by Sonja Derkum (Head of Division). The CM is staffed with a number of highly professional complaints and mediation officers as well as a support team. The CM team comes from across the European Union and brings together a variety of investigative expertise and interests, including in environmental matters, human rights, governance and finance.
